Chick-fil-a Florence

I am so so pleased with my experience this morning. Cassidy, a manager that helped me all morning, was phenomenal. I had ordered breakfast online and gotten there later than I had anticipated so the app cancelled my order. Because I called knowing I wasgoing to be late she had my order ready when I got there! She was so nice the entire time very personable. Cassidy definitelymade our day. Our chicken minis were super yummy too.

The order was completely mixed up at this restaurant. My wife ordered a chicken club meal with a vanilla milkshake, and I ordered a plain chicken sandwich. When we got to the window, my wife's order was completely wrong, and the cashier had no idea what we had ordered. We had to explain the entire order again. My sandwich was not even mentioned, so I just gave up on it. This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and I can guarantee it will be our last.

The Cobb salad was fantastic! We also tried the famous Chick-fil-A sandwich, which was hot and delicious.

Despite being a Christian-owned food chain, the service at this restaurant was far from amazing or holy. I visit this establishment regularly to pick up DoorDash orders, and every time I am left waiting without any acknowledgment from the workers. Even though the orders are often ready for pick up, I find myself waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. It is frustrating to see such poor service from employees who are paid well. I have received better service at other fast food restaurants like Krystal's or McDonald's. If I were making $15 an hour, I would be actively helping customers instead of being ignored.

Lately most employees have realized they can get away with almost anything. The Chick-fil-A cashier that helped me was friendly and respectful, although I tried something new the food was also good fresh and well prepared. I WILL VISTA AGAIN.
