Applebee's Grill - Florence

I stopped by the restaurant today on December 24th, 2023 and had the double crunchy shrimp once more. Paired with the Pink Lemonade, everything was very delicious.

It was fantastic, the food was delicious! The staff were amazing!

My husband and I went around 9pm on a Tuesday and were one of about 4 tables. All customers were spread across the restaurant giving each some privacy which was nice for a quiet dinner out. The food was fantastic and despite the staff being busy working on various tasks and preparing for the following day, we were never ignored, left waiting for refills, etc. All of the staff were friendly, which is typical for this location. I have been going to this location for over ten years and happily continue to go back. The food is always good, service is quick (taking into consideration the businesses and time of day you are there), and the staff is kind and helpful despite me asking too many questions at times. On the rare occasion there has been any problem with incorrect orders or something of the sort, it is quickly taken care of without any nastiness from staff. It's very common to also see management walking around checking on customers and verifying everyone is taken care of and satisfied. I know some people avoid chain restaurants, and there aren't many we frequently visit, but this is one we enjoy going back to time and time again.
