We are amateurs when it comes to wine, but we were very keen to have the experience and learn more about the amazing Tuscan wines. We chose this place because of the good reviews and the reasonable price. However, you need to make a reservation beforehand, even though the place was empty when we arrived. Later, more customers arrived who seemed to have reservations, which is understandable. We visited in the evening and decided to try three wines to have a proper introduction to the experience. Up to that point, everything was good. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by the service. The person presenting the wines made us feel uncomfortable, and he seemed quite annoyed that we did not know much about wine. At times, it felt as though he was mocking us for not knowing what he considered to be “simple things”. This was very disappointing, as we were there to learn and enjoy the experience, not to feel judged. Overall, it was a disappointing experience from a service point of view, which is a shame because we were genuinely excited to discover and appreciate Tuscan wines. In conclusion, if you are an expert in wine, definetly is your place, but if you are not.. better to try other place Price per person: €20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
