We didn't get any bread, we... read more For all the 5 star service reviews, we were disappointed with the service and food besides the Florentine Steak for our family of 4. We didn't get any bread, we were double charged water even though, the same person who made the bill knew we took back the water. This charge was taken off when we asked, but they should know. Lastly, they were much more friendly to other tables with more in depth explanations of dishes. To be fair we didn't ask that many questions. They gave a complimentary one bite starter, I can't remember what it was. We ordered Catch of the day which was monkfish, 1kb of Florentine Steak, Pappardella 40 tuorli e grano saraceno al ragù di manzo al coltello, and added Ravioli later because not enough food. My dad couldn't finish the monkfish because it was rubbery and plastic texture and overall, just didn't taste good. It was about 3-4 bites worth. We should have brought it up right away in hindsight. I liked the Ravioli, but my sister felt it was undercooked so not sure on that one. My sister thought the other pasta made with dish was just okay with the 40 yolks. The only highlight was the Florentine steak. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was for rare steak. Everyone liked it. They gave oil on plates to warm it up if you felt it was too raw. It wasn't explained, so I was just a savage and used it to dip more oil. All in all, I only felt the Florentine Steak was standout and you have better options for that in Florence for slightly cheaper. My suggestion is just to avoid seafood from this place, seems like that's a common theme on fish of the day doesn't seem good and it's expensive. When the waiter came around, I had to at least complain badly about the monkfish. It was a nice touch for the chef to come out and apologize with some lemon sorbet for the lack of bread and monkfish(The explanation for monkfish being rubbery and hard was that it was the belly portion), but at the end of the day I have no idea if true/false, but for a fine dining experience why are you serving not good quality parts for something bite size, it shouldn't have to happen to begin with. This saved me from rating them 1 star on service. In the end we still gave 5% tip, but talking it over we should have just given 0 from the overall experience. TLDR, Florentine Steak was good, don't get seafood here, and everything else should be okay at least. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €40–50

Oli was an absolutely wonderful waitress, she recommended me to try their tiramisu which did not disappoint!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–40
