Best Sushi in Florence. People with service problems need to know about the call button under the table, right under the small gold lamp each table has. This is common in many Korean/Japanese restaurants in Korea/Japan/US, but not in Florence. You'll literally ignore your table. What User doesn't like about Hoseki:
So unfairly or not, I live in Japan, so am a bit particular about my Japanese food. But I had a craving, while gone for 2 weeks, so I ate here. Service was great but the good was mediocre. At best. Salmon was a bIt too fishy, sushi rice was hard, tempura had an odd taste that I couldn't quite put my finger on, gyoza were more Chinese dumplings. Miso was good fwiw. Good food prepared wisely, honors as in the most classic of Japanese cartoons and salmon marbles at the top!
