We made a group booking for 16. The staff were accomodating and prompt with service. The food was excellent. Lovely little BYO venue. Perfect night. Look forward to dining there again. View all feedback.
What Nic Wagner doesn't like about Thai Tation:
I used to enjoy the food at this restaurant, but it has really gone downhill. I will not be coming back. The staff were not very attentive. I spent $50 on takeaway for 2 people. The crispy chilli chicken tasted like it had been reheated too many times, with hardly any chicken and a plastic-like batter. The sauce with the corn cob was unpleasant. The Surf Turf Pad Thai was burnt, with only 1 prawn and very little meat... View all feedback.

Although the ingredients were fresh, the finished product did not taste authentically Thai. The vegetables hadn’t been cut properly the small amounts of meat were cut too large for the containers. The dishes were missing the exciting flavours of lemongrass, galangal, coriander garlic, making the whole overall experience bland rather than tasty. We won’t be going back.
Father day dinner with my partner, the service was excellent the food tasty , for the tomyum soup it’s tasteless not really authentic tomyum soup the taste was bland consist of 3 piece small prawn I ordered with the steam rice but the soup come 1st had to wait for 15 mnt and remained the server to bring me rice till my soup getting cold, the fried coconut ice cream was like deep fried dough hard to break it and not hardly consist coconut ice cream inside just little tiny
Because of terrible weather our family decided to order takeaway from this establishment. We were generally disappointed with every dish we ordered because unlike Thai food, it was rather bland. The satay chicken was tough and the satay sauce watery not very appetising. The spices and aromas one usually associates with dishes like beef massamum, pad Thai and ginger prawns were missing. All in all very disappointing.
It was our first time there. The tasting plate was superb, particularly the sauces. We had the sizzling bbq seafood plate, green chicken curry and rice and everything tasted just divine. Glad we booked online though, would have been cold outside.
