Description

Overall, Sayers provides a mixed dining experience. One reviewer was disappointed by the disorganized and unclean environment, while another found it to be a quaint and well-maintained bakery shop with friendly staff. The food was described as average, with a range of typical bakery items on offer. While some customers were satisfied with the quality and enjoyed their visit, others were put off by witnessing disrespectful behavior from the management. Personal encounters with staff seemed to greatly influence opinions, with positive interactions leaving a lasting impression. Despite inconsistencies, Sayers remains a popular stop for those passing through.

This really was an awful experience we had to wait a while to be served while 5 staff walked around . No other customers in . Toilets not working or not accessible to public as a freezer was in the outer space. Outside coats thrown over door to kitchen. The cafe was totally grubby and in desperate need of a makeover. Food was alright for what it was pasty and chips . Upon leaving no goodbye or thank you .

Usual bakery items ,nice breakfast menu ,coffee was good. Was served by an absolutely stunning waitress by the name of Gertrude she was very chatty and friendly and extremely easy on the eye. Will return again when I'm in the area

Essentially, Sayers is a bakery shop with a few tables and chairs added over to one side. But, nothing wrong with that, and the place was well presented and clean. Very friendly staff. The usual bakery assortment on the menu. Worth a visit if you're passing.

I give this restaurant 5 stars for the hardworking staff and delicious food. However, the problem I encountered was the disrespectful behavior I witnessed from upper management towards the employees. It was disheartening to see them belittle and demoralize their workers. Despite the great food, the negative attitude from higher administration left a sour taste in my mouth.
