This restaurant is terrible! Stay away from it at all costs. There are long lines out the door for no good reason, other than the staff being unable to handle more customers. View all feedback.
Shocking service, wrong order, rude staff, dirty restaurant. NEVER AGAIN !!! Before they rectify the problem they will argue with you that you ordered what they gave you. Then give you the missing items to you with an attitude. It’s not good. Staff need training in customer services. Will not visit again.
Awful. Ordered delivery. Half missing, took over 1hr to deliver, food cold. Called to say items missing and was told there was nothing they could do. Avoid avoid avoid! The place should be closed down.
We had to stop here on the way home from travelling and were limited to where we could stop and where was open... Ordered 3 meals here (I don't normally like fast food) the food was actually OK. The staff were friendly enought but my god the place was beyond disgusting!! Even my 10 year old said it was the dirtiest place he's ever been too. Every table was fuilthy, floors fuilthy, bins overflowing, toilets rank so didn't bother, loads of staff in the kitchen area and didn't come out to clean!! AVOID AVOID
The fries were cold and appeared to be two days old. Disappointing experience, will definitely stick to the Chester location. This place is gross.
