Mcdonald's - Flint

This McDonald's is the slowest one I have ever visited. I always have to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes, and it's even slower after midnight. Avoid going there late at night at all costs!

The restaurant was terrible. I had to repeat my order four times and they still got it wrong. They told me to pull up and wait for my order, but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I called repeatedly five times before anyone answered, only for them to not be able to hear me because the phone had fallen into grease.

This restaurant experience was beyond belief. The staff was incredibly rude and couldn't even get our order right. When we pointed out that the order didn't match what was on the menu, the server simply acknowledged it and walked away. They also failed to apply the rewards we had earned and offered no solution. Instead, they suggested we go back to the long line that was already packed. Feeling frustrated, we decided to cut our losses and leave. The food we received was old and unappetizing, so we ended up throwing it away. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our dining experience.

I feel at ease when I visit this McDonald's. The fake flowers on the tables add a nice touch of color. I always feel welcomed here! I especially enjoy the new all-day breakfast menu. McDonald's is the only restaurant where you can sit with friends without feeling rushed to make room for other customers. Thank you to the staff for making us customers feel appreciated!
