More onion than steak on a almost 20 dollar super steak and cheese with about as much meat as subway gives on a regular steak and cheese foot long. Pretty disappointing experience. View all feedback.
I visited Big John's on 08/27/2024 and ordered an 8 steak cheese without grilled onions. The girl who took my order told me to pull around for the total. The menu board said $8, but when I got to the drive-thru window, the worker said it would be $9.01. I asked if the price had gone up, as she hadn't mentioned the total at the speaker. I found it rude and would have declined the order if I had known the price beforehand. It's not about affording $9.01, but about the principle of price gouging in fast food. $9 for an 8-inch sub seems excessive. I hope these restaurants close down soon, as their greed and price gouging is unacceptable. They have minimal overhead costs and only a few employees, yet they charge extra for a meal. Adding $3.99, the total would be $12.99 for one meal, which is unacceptable.
I am not sure of the 3 young men's names working today but they were very polite food was right on point great place and I definitely will be back
Wonderful service and food was great. 10/20 recommend. The 3 gentleman serving us were so courteous and helpful.
Food was excellent. Service was okay considering the only two workers I saw but it's understandable. Ain't easy running a submarine Sandwich place when there's only two of ya. Overall was Great .
It's a small shack with Philly cheese steak, not bad at all. Steak,cheese and mushroom... yumm
