I came a very long way to have this, and was impressed with the cool location and nice appearance of the pho booth. I ordered a simple beef pho, and was sadly disappointed. I've had pho from many places, every place has a different take on the soup. My pho was hot, and very fresh, bit lacked any flavor from the noodles or meat, letting the broth do most of the work. Unfortunately, the broth was not very loud with any flavor either. I could taste the ginger and anise, but very lightly. The pricing, presentation, service and speed here are great, but I wouldn't come back for the pho. Sadface.
A great place to get a little Phô. While it is cold or you have a cold, this phô is an amazing choice to warm up your discomfort.
