Flinders Fish Chips
Flinders Fish Chips
Description
**Dining at Flinders: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
At this Flinders eatery, reviews reveal a diverse range of dining experiences. While some patrons laud the fresh, well-cooked food ideal for a casual lunch, others express disappointment in the quality of specific dishes, particularly the fish and chips. Complaints include overly salty chips and pre-packaged burger patties, leading to dissatisfaction with value for money. However, there are highlights, such as flavorful toppings and delightful textures. Overall, this restaurant offers potential for good meals at reasonable prices, but consistency in quality and service appears to vary significantly.

The texture was delightful; it wasn't overly sweet, which made it quite enjoyable. I loved the topping but would have preferred if there was more of it. I would definitely eat it again!
This restaurant is a great spot for a quick lunch in Flinders. The food is fresh, well-cooked, not overly oily, and quite flavorful. I highly recommend it for a casual and affordable lunch option.
The quality of the fish and chips at this restaurant can range from excellent to good, depending on how recently they've changed the oil. Don't expect top-notch service—it’s not something you’ll find here. However, you can look forward to tasty food at Flinders prices.
Our King George whiting was nice fresh and moist with crispy batter.Unfortunately our meal was destroyed by the chips being completely smothered in a ridiculous amount of salt and we had to throw them out they were inedible (you can see the salt in the picture I have posted). It looked like an entire shaker was dumped on the chips. We were not asked if we wanted salt and even if we did nobody wants that amount of salt. For the they are charging you want outstanding fish and chips this fell way short of that.
