As usual the food and ambience is exactly what we have come to expect at The Deck. Great. But last night the service was outstanding. The weather turned very cold and the only booking we chad been able to secure was an outside table. After bringing us blankets, and showing concern for our comfort, despite the fact that we were trying to put a brave face on to the situation, we were suddenly rescued to an inside table... Food nice, too many chips. hubby ordered steak did not fancy the butter that went with it asked if he could have garlic butter instead. Only to find he was charged extra for that. Go figure? View all feedback.
Nice location . Whilst Melb was smoggy , clean and breezy out on the deck . Staff were friendly , service was prompt. 15% surcharge was fair because staff do need to be compensated for working on a declared holiday . An enjoyable lunch
Delicious food. Great range on menu plus local wines.
