Was Anonym at Startgels a mag?
An uphill hike along the Trutg dil Flems from Flims brings us to this restaurant where we decide to have a drink/rest stop. We ended up having lunch and I am looking forward to revisiting. Without a doubt, the best pasta dish I have ever tasted. Absolutely top draw stuff. Highly recommend View all feedback.

Very disappointing: I come to Flims since a few years and I have seen how Ustria Startgels is deteriorating in terms of food and service. It used to be my favorite place.... Recently I made a reservation for the night, it’s a special menu for 135. including the transfer from Flims with snow machines, I booked 1 month in advance for a special occasion and they simply lost my reservation?!? Excellent cuisine (try the asparagus, rhubarb and strawberry salad) and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
We have enjoyed coming here for many years. The polenta from the wood oven, but also all the other dishes, are a dream. Even the bread tastes really delicious and is homemade. You can reserve inside, but you may have to wait a bit outside. The staff was always polite and nice, which is not easy when there is a high volume of guests on the weekends.
During the day there is warming, hearty mountain food here (Spätzlipfanne, polenta from the fire and pieces of meat also grilled over the fire), perfect for a day on the slopes. The mountain restaurant is also worth a visit in the evening! With or without an overnight stay, guests can expect a fine menu and a wine cellar well stocked with treasures.
Another great experience, hats off and respect to the whole Startgels team. Beautifully decorated, even the conditions in the toilets have improved positively... You no longer have to leave the quiet place with wet hands, great ! ! As always, all hell broke loose... and waiting 15 minutes on the terrace was worth it again. I haven't eaten so well with my friends in a long time!!!!!! It doesn't surprise me anymore that people like to eat here so much. Will 100% come back. Kind regards to the boss, he does his job with great respect. I can only recommend it
