Absolutely fabulous food, better than some Michelin-started restaurants we’ve been to. Both the vegan and traditional 5-course surprise menus were amazing. The service was also excellent. Everything was so good that we went back 2 weeks later with friends who were also impressed. Totally recommend this restaurant if you’re in Flims.
What a beautiful experience the Chef and his staff gave us. First of all the restaurant is situated on the premises of the Waldhaus Hotel in Flims. The interior is chique and atypical Swiss (bright lighting). It’s cozy and well decorated. The staff is correct and well informed but not too formal. The food is really delicious! What a creativity and craftmanship! The young chef (only 24) will certainly get a Michelin Star and had a beautiful career in front of him.
