Very good local food , great tastes and all very natural , one of the best steak tartare ever , a must restaurant visit when in Flims

Absolutely recommended! It was an OMG experience. I mean… the restaurant doesn’t seem like a very posh one but the food… that’s amazing. We were seated on the terrace, with wonderful view. I used the toilet which was very correct and clean. The stuff was very nice and polite, provided information what is on our plate, nicely describing everything. We ordered a Burrata as a starter. It was tender and creamy but didn’t swim in milk. The pesto was so balanced on the top and all the salat was perfectly selected. Even the serving style was perfect. For main I had slow cooked and roasted beef flank and i ordered extra pommes frites next to it. I still can not decide which was my favorite, the vegetables served next to my meat or the pommes frites. The flank steak was tender and jucy, the vegetables were perfectly preppared, and the pommes frites… that was OMG. Crispy but not dry, didn’t swim in oil, perfect size and you just couldn’t stop eating it… even if I was so full. And the home made mayo was also yammi. This place is a must have!

Sehr gute Küche, sehr fein und lecker und ein herausragender Service! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Meine Freundnin und ich waren für einen Kurzurlaub nach Flims gereist. Nachdem wir zuerst im Hide essen wollten, wo wir auch unsere Unterkunft haben, entschieden wir uns für das Restaurant Chesa . Zum Glück für uns!!Vom Service bis zum letzten Glas Wein und der schmackhaften Küche ganz zu schweigen, war der Aufenthalt im Chesa ein purer Genuss.Ganz besonders Chris und Dominik(hoffe richtig geschrieben) waren stets für alle Wünsche zu haben. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundliches Personal und Chef. Das Essen war wunderbar!! Sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
