Arrogante und unfreundliche Kassiererin!Als wir feststellten, dass wir zu viele Halbliter-Flaschen Mineralwasser gekauft haben, wollte ich eins davon - selbstve... read more Arrogante und unfreundliche Kassiererin!Als wir feststellten, dass wir zu viele Halbliter-Flaschen Mineralwasser gekauft haben, wollte ich eins davon - selbstverständlich verschlossen und mit Kassenbon - zurückgeben.Sie hat mich ausgelacht und das völlig unlogische Argument gebracht, einen Pullover könne man schliesslich auch nicht zurückgeben ...Zum Glück gibt es im Skigebiet super Alternativen: In der Segneshütte wird man mehr als zuvorkommend bedient und fühlt sich von der 1. zur letzten Minute als Gast willkommen. Im Vorab war ich das letzte Mal!

Immaculate hotel and the reception desk couldn’t be more helpful and lovely. Same extends to the waiters and the breakfast was excellent best I’ve had skiing. Can’t wait to stay again was here with two adult children. Perfect location and the Pizzeria next door so buzzy. Thank you.

Have done so a number of times over the years and it never disappoints charming, friendly service, bright clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pizza restaurant. Only a short walk up through the town to the lifts (especially if you get a locker at the lifts to save carrying your gear). Shame the steak house and fonduestube have closed though, they will be missed!
