From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the beautiful interior. The restaurant is stylish and elegantly decorated, with an open kitchen that gives diners a glimpse of the magic that takes place behind the scenes. The chef of Laymous is clearly a master of his profession. His experience in star restaurants is noticeable in every detail, from the presentation to the refined flavors of the dishes. Each dish served was a work of art in itself, with an extraordinary combination of flavors that were both familiar and surprising. The menu offered a wide range of dishes that honored the rich and varied culinary traditions of Arabic cuisine, while also giving them a modern twist that took them to the next level. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is vegetarian. The owner makes an inventory of any allergies and discusses the composition in advance. Dietary restrictions: You will be asked in advance if there are any dietary requirements. Parking: Ample parking close by. Free on Sundays and weekdays after 6:00 PM. On Thursday (shopping evening) from 9:00 PM.
