I would suggest attending the salad bar earlier than later, there are good menu options that are very reasonably priced. All of the staff was exceptionallycourteous.

He went above and beyond for us, displaying incredible politeness and providing outstanding service. I truly appreciate his dedication, and I believe he deserves so much more than Ruby Tuesday. While the food that was available was good, the salad bar itself could use some improvement; it was messy and had several empty dishes. There were no croutons and very little fruit. My friend ordered the broccoli-cheese soup, but the portion was quite small and only lukewarm. However, our server was exceptional.

Later on, we discovered that we had been overcharged by at least $30, but by that time, we were already on our way home. While the waitress was friendly, she appeared to struggle with basic math. Overall, we felt very disappointed to have spent $110 on a meal of such poor quality and small portions. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

The salad bar was excellent with 4 types of lettuce, six dressing choices, and plenty of other options. Beautiful sirloin steaks cooked perfectly medium rare. Excellent fajitas. Staff was polite and on point. The host was on a roll with puns entertaining us and the kids as he filled in missing staff. The waiter knew exactly how to help me narrow choices to keep me safe with my food allergies. They are clearly looking for staff and yet we didn't feel ignored. We received excellent service. We'll be back.

The host told us, right off the bat, they were short-staffed (due to COVID) and the wait time would be about 40 mins. He also informed us that there is only one waiter working the one side of the restaurant. We were seated quicker than 40 mins and only waited a short time for our waiter, Grayson. He took our drink food order at the same time and he kept checking on us. He was pulled in all directions, but he always made sure we were good! My food came out a bit later due some confusion, but he immediately removed it from our bill, which was very generous. Another place would’ve just said it was coming out late and done nothing. My food came out quickly and it was piping hot and fresh! Grayson truly made this experience great! I hope the management recognizes that they have a great employee there! Keep up the great work, Grayson!!!!!

As the evening went on, we enjoyed drinks, laughter, and loaded French fries—despite them being missing the bacon and scallions, we didn’t mind at all. It was just the kind of service and vibe we needed; we were truly enjoying great food in the neighborhood. My only complaint is that Victoria from The Hampton Inn didn’t include this fantastic local restaurant on the top of the dining recommendations we received at check-in. Next time we’re in Asheville, this will definitely be our go-to spot, where we felt like family.

We are regular guests, and they always looked after us very well. 2., the food is usually quite excellent. definitely better than what one expects from most chains. 3., Ruby Tuesday's has fantastic deals like BOGO, and their $5 salad bar is always satisfying. Great work on the management and staff of this site! They are very appreciated.

When I was sitting there, I saw how the hired people went to the emergency exit door. in rotation first you come back, then another etc. I don't know if they smoke or what....let hope that they wash (corona, germ etc.) we never have a beverage refill service was slow, but eating was good and expensive. the new lower price mark, it is a lie. I would not recommend this ruby Tuesdays management does not have to be existent or why would it be such a hot chaos!

Our server, Brad, was on top of our every need keeping our drinks full and food brought quickly. Daughter tried a new food, but didn?t like it and manager, Jenny, came over and made her a new chop without the sauce. They did not make us feel bad for her reaction to the food at all. If I lived here, this would be a regular stop for dining.
