Empty restaurant during our passage yesterday noon. Just the two of us for dinner. a dish of pasta for madam and a paved bleeding for me. pasta ok but paved too much cooked. when accompanied by croquettes, several minutes are necessary before seeing them arrive. hot croquettes on the outside and glazed inside. back in the kitchen and new expectations of several minutes to finally see coming from hot croquettes... that I will eat as dessert as I almost finished my meat. It is unacceptable and inexcusable, especially when you have only 2 courses to prepare. We're not going to put our feet back in this place anymore, because the boy is very kind and does his job well... him. unfortunately he was dependent on the person in the kitchen who apparently is not in his place.
