Dan's Backyard Bbq - Flemington

My company hired them for our annual end of summer BBQ, the food was amazing. The beef brisket was juicy and tender, the BBQ chicken was tasteful and tasty, the wings were really spiced, the Mac and cheeses and potatoes were very good as we will, they also made an amazing broccoli and cauliflower salad. And for dessert they had a nice table with fresh fruit and cookies. The two women who served the food were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it for any kind of event.

Dan, Carol and her super crew prepared and served BBQ Brisket, Pig, Chicken and Veggie Burger to our 100 guests from all over the country. Everything was delicate and delicious and beautiful presented on a buffet in front of the truck. Our many guests from the South, Texas and Southwest all felt qualified – unpaid – to offer their opinion about Dans BBQ: and each one gave a Rave rating. Like me! Dan was a pleasure handling it. It was easy to arrange our event with it, and it delivered 100%. We'll definitely take him back for us. Thank you, Dan.

Dan's Backyard BBQ has our Outdoor Covid-safe bridal shower concert this weekend, and the food was nice. They responded very much to questions, and happy to go with the river what we asked of them. They stood before us, what additional security measures they needed to take for Covid reasons, and they all made comfortable with what they did. Practically every guest shaved over the food, and even the remains were great! We will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others. Yum!

We've eaten Dan's Backyard BBQ more times than I can count. Everything on the menu is top-of-the-line. He and his wife Carol are the nicest people and easy to do business with. Best barbecue around! I highly recommend!
