The beef brisket was juicy and tender, while the BBQ chicken was flavorful and delicious. The wings were perfectly seasoned, and both the mac and cheese and the potatoes were excellent. They also prepared a fantastic broccoli and cauliflower salad. For dessert, there was a lovely spread of fresh fruit and cookies. The two women who served the food were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

Everything was exquisite, delicious, and beautifully presented on a buffet in front of the truck. Many of our attendees from the South, Texas, and the Southwest felt qualified—though not paid—to share their opinions about Dan's BBQ, and each one gave it rave reviews, just like I did! Dan was a pleasure to work with. Arranging our event with him was easy, and he delivered 100%. We will definitely bring him back for our future events. Thank you, Dan!

They responded very much to questions, and happy to go... read more Dan's Backyard BBQ has our Outdoor Covid-safe bridal shower concert this weekend, and the food was nice. They responded very much to questions, and happy to go with the river what we asked of them. They stood before us, what additional security measures they needed to take for Covid reasons, and they all made comfortable with what they did. Practically every guest shaved over the food, and even the remains were great! We will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others. Yum!
