He shrugged his... read more My pizza had 4 pepperoni on it. I took it back and told the manager and he said that's how it comes. I told him not at the other Loop locations. He shrugged his shoulders and went back to flirting with another employee. I sent a complaint and it was responded with we'll look into it and get back to you. THAT never happened. Pathetic management, pitiful pizza and woeful customer support.

This place had me and my daughters very heated the women that rang us up Chloe C. gave us a very rude attitude. Then my daughters had went up to add another meal to our order the one women clearly saw us and acted like she didn't want to take our order and said to her co worker not it cause she didn't want to take their order. And for that me and my three daughters that were with me got very heated. Also that would be the last time we will be at that location

I really enjoy their burgers and steak fries, but I always have an issue with the amount of blue cheese crumbles I receive when I ask for them. Since I’m paying extra for the cheese, I expect a reasonable amount. Normally, I tip as usual because the credit card machine prompts me to. Today, I paid $1.20 for extra crumbles, hoping to get double the usual amount, but this is what I was given. Before leaving, I asked if I had actually received the extra crumbles, and an older man assured me he made sure the cook added them. I mentioned that the amount looked the same as usual and requested a bit more. He seemed frustrated, went back to the kitchen, spoke to the cook, and returned with a small handful of crumbles. I thanked him and ate my meal but felt disappointed. After finishing, I approached the register when no one else was around and asked the same man if I was charged for the extra cheese. He confirmed I was. I told him since I paid for it, I expected an amount that would satisfy me, and apologized if my request upset him. I also noted I had left a tip and cleared my own table. I mentioned that if I come back, I’ll bring my own blue cheese crumbles and won’t be tipping anymore since I end up doing my own cleanup. I paid $13 just for the burger and tip (without a drink). He said the tip is for employees to clear tables and that he wasn’t upset, despite his behavior. It’s disappointing when employees don’t prioritize customer satisfaction like they used to. A smile and genuine appreciation for paying customers go a long way. I’m not writing off this place over the experience, but I’ll be saving my money next time by bringing my own cheese and clearing my own table.

Additionally, if you're going to add a slice of tomato to the sandwich, please make sure it's larger than a half-dollar coin. I plan to return, but I hope for a better experience next time.
