What Syd Barrett doesn't like about Ben's Soft Pretzels:
We like to get a cup of pretzels when shopping in Walmart and the past 3 times we have tried to get some, it’s shut down do to “lack of employees” because people kept calling out. Today, the guy was so “busy” that he only had one large one made, and I’m sure being “busy” was not really the factor in anything being made. View all feedback.

My daughter and I went to this wonderful place today. The person that assisted us was kind enough to give us their BOGO deal although we were 15 minutes early. I wasn’t even aware it was buy one get one free after 5pm. She was very accommodating and patient. I’m happy we went. We will be returning.
Listed hours show closing time at 8 pm, but they were shut down already at 7
