Played a table tennis match in the bowling clubhouse then had a pint afterwards... what a little gold mine! The choice of real ales and lagers is amazing and all at reasonable prices. I'll be back....
Once again the food was excellent. And the ales aren 't bad either. The Straw is our 'go to ' for Sunday lunch.

If only you were situated nearer to Peterborough! I would find it hard to justify 'nipping out for a pint ' ! Top pub, excellent beer and bar staff and friendly locals.
