I'm usually not one for critique, but after the hauze experience I decided to change tactics. the steak was amazing, but the pfeffer grain sauce was the best I ever had and was on another level. so much that my girlfriend dipped that many chips we almost argued (they never dived chip). the friendly staff and the customer service were in the second thing and I would strongly recommend hauze restaurant and go back ther... We arrived without a booking and managed to get a table, Very nice food that was well presented. The meat dumplings in broth were very good as was the beef stroganoff. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender. Next time we are in Blackpool we will return. Absolutely brilliant food and service, we had a meal here last weekend there were six of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We were in Blackpool for the weekend but fortunately live about an hours drive away and we will be going back soon to sample the other delights on their menu. I would say it is one of the best meals, if not the best meal I have ever had anywhere. Wow, try it for yourself.
