I had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald's connected to the Timewise on 709 N Lagrange. First and foremost, the women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting. Every stall was dirty, and the sink looked so unsanitary that I was hesitant to wash my hands. To make matters worse, I found a dead bug in one of the faucet handles—completely unacceptable! Additionally, my child’s Happy Meal had moldy apples in the packaging. This is not just a minor issue; it's a serious health concern. It’s hard to believe that such a well-known chain would allow conditions like this to exist. I urge the management to address these issues immediately for the sake of their customers’ health and safety. I would give it negative stars if that was an option.
