The ribs were tender, not greasy, and had the perfect texture. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor.

Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was what u would expect,... complete with picknik tables and freshly made pecan pies. The food was missing the taste that I'm searching for. But it was filling and I will go back as I have yet to try the ribs. Enjoyable! UPDATE Came back for the ribs. Dropped my score from 4 to a 3 star. Staff was polite, sweet Tea was good, but the diamond taste I'm searching for is not here..... So far the best ribs I've tasted is in East Texas White House Texas Pit Masters.

Inside dining is also available with large clean bathrooms. I highly recommend it for atmosphere and food was also very good of course. I had a regular size brisket sandwich that was very meaty, a sausage wrap and beans for about $10-12. Great place to watch the world go by in Old Town. Food: 5
