I ord... read more Let me start by saying that the food, while somewhat limited in portion, was quite tasty. That said, for a $14 plate, the expectations were not very high. I ordered the rib plate, which came with two small St. Louis-style ribs, a bit of sauce with a few beans, and a small scoop of coleslaw. On the bright side, I received a generous amount of onions, pickles, and bread. My wife chose the chopped beef potato. Just a heads-up: don't expect a traditional baked russet potato; it was actually a boiled yellow potato, mostly chopped, with beef on top. Although it was flavorful, it lacked that classic BBQ vibe. She, too, received a good serving of pickles, onions, and bread. One downside was the drink situation—you're limited to a 20oz drink with no refills. Perhaps they were just having an off day or training new staff; I can't be sure. However, based on the many positive reviews, we left feeling underwhelmed. I doubt we’ll make the nearly hour-long drive again.
