There was only two other tables when we arrived. Both had single guests. Server was friendly and courteous and explained the menu well. Food was outstanding. I had bison steak sandwich which is like a French dip with hand cut chips and pickle. All was very good. I split a side of fried Brussels sprouts with a parm like cheese on top. The side did not come out until we were also finished with our meal. Also Brussels sprouts were burnt. The servers shirt which appears restaurant issued had stains on it. We had got there an hour after they opened so I doubt it was from that day. Overall the meal was very good but uncertain how the wait staff would perform with a full restaurant.
