I visit this restaurant every morning before work, and I have to say, mornings here are truly the best! The staff is consistently friendly and cheerful, and they always remember my order, which makes each visit feel special. Having worked in customer service myself, I greatly admire their dedication and energy. Thank you for starting my day off on the right foot every time!
If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. We spend a significant amount of money here every week on coffee, and we shouldn't be treated poorly. This is the fifth time that Carmella, with her dyed hair, has been rude to me and my friends during our visits. From now on, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.
The service was friendly and prompt. I enjoyed a delicious hot mocha latte with milk.
I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location because they have a drive-thru. I simply pull up to the menu, place my order, and head home. Since I can't see or smell the donuts, I'm not tempted to buy any. That way, I get my pumpkin fix without the extra calories! The coffee is great as well.
This has been my favorite Dunkin' since 2002. They always get my order correct.
