The empl... read more This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. I ordered through the drive-thru but encountered rude service when I mentioned I had no cash. The employee became angry, claiming they had informed me that my order couldn’t be placed without payment. To top it off, a coworker tossed my card in my direction, and it ended up on the ground. The employees were unprofessional and seemed to care little about their appearance or how they represent the brand.

When I asked her to repea... read more When I reached the window, she handed me a bag and said “HERE” in a tone that made it seem like I had somehow taken advantage of them. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she gave me a rather unfriendly look. She was a young blonde woman in her early twenties, and I feel she might not be suited for customer service considering her attitude. I tried to remain polite, as it can be uncomfortable to request a complimentary item, so I don’t understand why she reacted so negatively towards me. I hope this situation is addressed, but who knows what will happen.

The food was delicious, and the bathrooms were very well-maintained.

The prices at Casa were a bit high, which is typical for Flagstaff due to its high minimum wage. I want to emphasize that this isn't a critique of the business; as a business owner myself, I always support fellow businesses. The food was delicious, which is why I'm not bothered by the pricing. They were also quick in serving the meal. The restroom was spotless too. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone—you’re definitely worth it!

I can't five a full 5 stars since the issues stated in other reviews, but they to what they can to operate and serve good food.
