Starbucks - Feedback

What Natasha L doesn't like about Starbucks:
My iced coffee was great tonight but horrible barista. She had an attitude along with my order. I was kind and didn't expect the rudeness. No thank you in return just an annoyed look on her face. I asked kindly for my lemon loaf and chocolate croissant to be heated but she it was too late to get it warmed up. When I got my drink at this location it was ?off? its usual taste. I called the store and spoke with an employee who told me the Machine has not been working perfectly lately. She offered to make it right by replacing the drink and because I was not from flagstaff she called the show low location to set up a free drink for me then called me back. Excellent service team!!
