The view of downtown Flagstaff is an added bonus, especially with its beautiful sunsets over the buildings and the vibrant street corner. Booking a room at Hotel Monte Vista and enjoying the bars after a day of sightseeing would make for a great mini getaway. I highly recommend the Korean wings and the Walnut Brownie with coffee.

The... read more Now, speaking of a great bar to visit, this place is truly a gem. It feels like three bars in one, with three distinct areas to enjoy throughout the night. The atmosphere is fantastic, and there's almost always karaoke or live music happening. It's also great because you can escape the noise but still be part of the bar's vibe – just a quick 40-second walk inside! Of the 14 bartenders, 13 are absolutely wonderful, but one can be really rude and disrespectful. If you happen to encounter him, I’d suggest not tipping. However, the chances of seeing him are quite low, so it's not worth worrying about. I just wanted to mention it in hopes that he might adjust his attitude if he reads this. On a brighter note, I must highlight that the best bartender in town works here—his name is Jordan. He crafts the most incredible drinks I've ever tasted. His passion for mixology is evident in every drink he makes, so definitely ask him for his favorite; it's phenomenal. The other bartenders are all fantastic in their own unique ways as well.
