One visit prior, they made me wait a bit over 10 minutes on fried rice for an online pickup and I missed a bus because of it during no rush whatsoever. This business would go under if this was Phoenix, partly because of other Pandas making a joke out of this place, and also due to underpaying and undertraining the staff as every other business in Flagstaff is doing right now.

Would have been much faster not using the app! The quality of the food was below average? most of the broccoli was the stalk that was too hard to chew and the steam rice was old and hard! So the presentation of my food may not be the fault of the restaurant, but everything else is. I ordered a three entre meal and only got two instead. The meats were extremely dryinside and was some of the most disappointing Panda Express I have had. I will give them credit with the chow mein, but that isall. Maybe going in person would be a better experience, but this time was not the case.

We asked for a specific entree on the side, (I take the side) he picks something I can’t eat due to a mild allergy but they only ever get it right if it’s not busy. Don’t go when it’s busy, if something runs out you’ll end up waiting no less then 30min if they even remember you’re waiting.
