The manager just decided to charge me $18 for 2 small cups of broth — no noodles!!!—because this is a special off-menu item . Little does he or she know the importance of customer experience. I gave the associate who checked me out the chance to right the ship and drop the price and he stated that this was the manager 's decision.Today was my first experience at MDM Pho. Today was also definitely my LAST experience at MDM Pho. I encourage the manager to use sound judgment in the future when pricing ad hoc items. Again, always put yourself in the shoes of the customer. Paying $18 for broth? You completely missed the mark here. If I owned this restaurant, I would fire this manager immediately... poor customer experience is unacceptable.

The two young girls, a white and an asian girl, that were at the desk were ver... read more The pho was good, but the grease used to fry the spring rolls were obviously old. The two young girls, a white and an asian girl, that were at the desk were very very rude, we had people who spoke only Vietnamese at our table and while they tried to communicate in English to the girls, they were laughing with each other and joking about it and it was very obvious. Very very rude. The owner was however nice, but please look out for those individuals that are supposed to be your servers.
