Description

Tucked in downtown Flagstaff, this cozy, artfully styled coffee bar is a hidden gem for espresso lovers and pastry aficionados. Expect superb cortados, balanced lattes, fresh juices and standout baked goods — from Danishes to chocolate croissants — served by friendly, speedy staff. Stylish mouth-blown lighting and inviting aromas complete the experience. Practical drawbacks include limited parking, no restrooms, occasional staffing or hours issues, and no brewed drip coffee, so it’s best for quick stops, train travelers, and those seeking high-quality espresso-based drinks.

You have to really look for this place. It's a nondescript entrance and window. You go inside their bakery (only big enough for 3 patrons to squeeze into (standing) since the kitchen makes up the majority). Bakery items are delicious. I had the lemon blueberry scone and I'd highly recommend it! Coffee was great too. I had an iced non fat latte with espresso whipped cream (known as Marlene's drink). They have a separate big seating area... very chic!

Had a date and espresso oat scone. One of the best vegan pastries I tasted in my life. Coffee is good and people are nice

Love Lux and was excited while road tripping to find one in flagstaff. Everything was delicious but I think more expensive than Phoenix location. Also the location was a bit difficult to park near. However, I am sure it's hard to find parking for any establishment in that area. No restrooms!!! That was super hard as I have small children and this was our pit stop on the way out of town. They really need to figure that out.

Always great, except out of whip cream for 2 days because they don’t have a baker to make it. I’m pretty sure all it takes is making it go from liquid to whip, add some flavor. I come here for the whip cream. Really?

Best coffee north of the tracks. The only downfall is there isn't really a space to sit and get work done.
