Grand Falls Buffet - Flagstaff
Grand Falls Buffet
Description
Patrons of this restaurant have expressed profound disappointment regarding the overall dining experience. While some dishes, like the fry bread, were occasionally praised, the prime rib fell short—described as overly fatty and poorly cooked. Diners reported long waits for service, undercooked side dishes, and inadequate food safety practices, with raw items posing potential health risks. The buffet options were deemed limited, and many found the prices excessive for the quality offered. Rude staff and a general lack of attentiveness added to the dissatisfaction. Prospective visitors might consider alternatives for a more favorable dining experience.

I visited this restaurant before the pandemic and had a terrible experience. The oysters on the half shell were full of broken shells and grit, and the crab legs were mushy and tasted old. The drawn butter tasted like melted margarine. Overall, it was not worth the trip from Winslow considering the prices.
The food at this restaurant was very average, with low quality ingredients and lackluster flavor. The highlight of the night was the fry bread. However, the prime rib was tough and chewy, and the Spanish rice was undercooked. The sausage was unappetizing, and I couldn't even tell what kind of meat was in it.

Fun place to come gamble and/or stay. The hotel rooms are clean and big. Room prices are better than those found in Flagstaff proper. The Zenith Steakhouse is excellent. It’s closed Mon Tues.
