I explained that I did not want the bread to be grilled and mushed together like a regular grilled cheese. I wanted the bread to be like a normal burger. They repeatedly said they understood. I received the order and it was a plain grilled cheese with mushed bread. Why can't a customer order a cheeseburger with no meat?

And the fries were overcooked because instead of making fresh fries they tried to redrop a batch that had been twice fried already.

Hailey took our order and she was extremely kind, patient with our order and just all around a pleasure. We ordered two milkshakes, three little bacon cheeseburgers and a grilled cheese. Food and shakes were loved by all.
