Ahipoki - Flagstaff
Ahipoki
Description
Flagstaff's Ahipoki serves bright, customizable poke with fresh ahi, speedy service, and a cute, casual interior with private parking and upstairs seating. Bowls are healthy and well-priced though modest in size and occasionally saltier than expected. The food consistency is a highlight, but management and cleanliness are uneven—tables and utensil stations can be neglected, restrooms poorly supplied, staff can be hit-or-miss, and doors may close early. A solid choice for poke lovers seeking quick, fresh meals, but expect variable service and hygiene.

Always super fresh fish and ive never had bad customer service! last time i went in they already had our food ready and gave us a free bowl
**Detailed Review:** As others have pointed out, the management of this place seems lacking. I've never seen a clean table here during the day—it's like they never wipe them down. The station for straws and forks is often missing items, creating yet another inconvenience. My partner had a particularly unpleasant experience using the restroom; it was filthy and out of soap and paper towels. This left me worried about the hygiene of the meal I just had, wondering if it was prepared by someone who hadn't washed their hands all shift. We did mention the bathroom issue to the staff, but no one followed up on it. Most of the employees behind the counter are usually friendly and helpful, but our visit involved some young staff members who seemed a bit rude and hardly looked old enough to be working there. It's incredibly frustrating because the food is genuinely amazing, and it's the only place like it in Flagstaff. Ahipoki, please improve your hygiene and service—I really want to keep coming back! But how long can I ignore these issues?
