For me the best rest stop I can imagine and always a must when travelling to the South. nice and clean restrooms great and fresh food helpful service people enough parking lots small area outside for the kids to play plus tables and chairs for the parents next to it Really nothing to complain about, not at all! Prices are for most guests rather high I guess, but hey, it is Switzerland and it is at the highway. @Marché: if you ever start selling your red Bircher Muesli in bulk, please make sure to send me a pallet or two! I love that stuff!!!!!

The whole place is very clean and tidy, the staff wonderful and really helpful. Make sure you go to the toilet first as there is a charge of 1 CHF or 1 Euro at a machine and then use your ticket in the restaurant or the shop to reduce the cost. There is a little house at the front of the building for a few coins Heidi, Peter and the goat will come out and music plays. There is also a hut with some lovely goats which really give you the feel of being in Heidi’s homeland.

Amazing, with comfy tables inside and outside and a park for kids.
