Got my food but... read more I tried to grab a quick Twister and a shake!! 45 mins later I received my order, and the only reason I got this was because I asked for my meal. Got my food but had to ask about 7 mins later for my drink. There was only young man doing a very capable job on the register(Julian I believe his name was) but thats where it finished. Manager was on duty but didnt seem to worried that his restaurant was in chaos. People coming in from drive through with the wrong meal. There must have been about 60 people either waiting to be served or waiting for there meal. KFC Five Dock you need to reevaluate your whole process.

Poor workers are... read more Went to grab some dinner in Saturday night as I was craving greasy fried chicken and chips. They close at 11 pm. Arrived there around 9.45 pm. Poor workers are mostly young kids looking very tired and overworked. A girl took my order. 3 piece feed meal with extra large chips. She put 3 pieces of chicken in the box, then went on to take the order from drive thru window. Meanwhile my chicken were sitting on the bench getting cold. She told me that they ran out of mashed potato, would it be ok to swap with coleslaw. I said fine. She went away and then came back to say that they also ran out of bread roll, is it ok to replace with another piece of chicken. I said fine, whatever easier.Came home and found she put 3 piece of (now cold) chicken, a bread roll (which she said they didn't have any), next to coleslaw (who would place warm chicken with cold coleslaw-aaarghhh the common sense!) she forgot my large fries. Found very little fries (cold!) in small paper bag. NOT HAPPY to pay $15 for these horribly served meal. Very disappointed :(

The roof was leaking in about 6 different spots and water... read more Went there on my way to Sydney. The weather was raining and cold. Parked out the front and walked in. The roof was leaking in about 6 different spots and water was all over the floor. ( major slip hazard ) ordered the meals for my family and went to was my hands, the toilets are worst than most council public toilets and small and bad design. When I returned to collect our meals the girl just yelled out the meals without any manners or respect for her customers. The tables and floors are covered with food and paper. We cleaned down our own table. Once we sat down to find no serviettes or spoons for the meals. Why include potato and gravy and not include a spoon or serviettes in the boxes???KFC service is slipping all over the world. I won't be rushing back here.

It was... read more I spotted an unsightly sight in the carpark of KFC Five Dock while passing by McDonald's nearby. It was far from pretty. In fact, it was pretty terrible. It was quite a turn-off. I just hope this doesn't reflect the cleanliness of their kitchen!
