I had the worst customer service experience ever at this restaurant. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They even told us we should never come back after they rushed us during our private event. One of our guests had to take orders for tea and coffee instead of using one of their many employees. Additionally, guests were pushed aside to move people along more quickly. Whilst food and wait staff were wonderful, the owner was horrible. She made rude comments to guests at an event we had there a couple of months ago. She was so nice before the event, obviously to get business but on the day of the event, she was very rude to several of our guest including one who become ill.
Good food fresh and tasty , lovely view, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff
