Green vaccine passport QR code was required and photographed before ordering. We were happy ours was updated with the booster. It’s near the airport. It has a large room, with tables for different group sizes. The menu is short, specialized in seafood. Local families arrived to celebrate a birthday and an engagement. My husband had a local fish called Spigola with fettuccini; I had fettuccini with shrimps, burrata and trufffle. The fish came whole, with the bones, so it needed a careful eating. My fettuccini was very “al dente”, with a nice serve of burrata, very little minced shrimp, and almost no truffle. Desserts were delicious, both the tiramisu and the house cake with red fruits. At 9:30 arrived an accordionist playing for tips international music associated with Italy (like The Godfather’s theme) but also German and Russian folklore.
Come back in this restaurant in a few time.... The best in Fiumicino for fish, hospitality and custmare care. Very good wine list and champagne. Many thanks for dinner
Pranzo in famiglia. I ravioli di gamberetti e pistacchi erano poco salati ma buoni. Ottima la fettuccina con tartare di gamberetti rosa. Ho trovato troppo cotto il polpo con un retrogusto amaro ma comunque accettabile. Il personale in sala era totalmente assente, ma la posizione esterna era carina. Il conto era forse sopra la media considerando la qualità dei piatti e del servizio.
È stato il miglior vino da bere mentre si guarda il tramonto. La pasta e le cozze alla carbonara sono ricche di olio d'oliva ed estratto di crostacei, ed è stato delizioso! Penso che sia un ristorante che non è facile da battere.
