I ordered the house special: fresh pasta with pumpkin cream, guanciale, and pecorino cheese. The presentation was exquisite and the flavor unbeatable. The freshly sliced, homemade bread and the house white wine were an excellent accompaniment, along with, of course, the ever-present Fiuggi water. I couldn't resist the homemade dessert, a delicious ricotta and chestnut tart. Thank you, Cinzia, for your passion in creating a unique sensory experience! Long live the New Bistro!
