The facility is decent but rundown, totally unsuitable for contemporary hospitality. Everything is stuck in the 1980s. The staff's strength is the staff, from the manager to the concierge, who are young, close-knit, helpful, and kind. Their dedication, which elevates hospitality to a whole new level, must be acknowledged. The food is not bad, not bad at all. The dining room staff is friendly and helpful. There's a 24-hour doorman, but no other service worthy of a 4-star establishment. Parking for 7-8 cars is never crowded, considering the older clientele. A magnificent outdoor area is a pleasant place to relax on hot summer days. Excellent location, centrally located. Given the loyalty of regular guests, there's a family atmosphere that has endured over the years. The quality/price ratio is good, but the rooms urgently need a complete overhaul. If the staff were retained, guests could spend a little more if the place were renovated. In any case, the welcome was genuine.
