With helpful, friendly staff willing to guide the novice, Saba's is a great pkace to dive into this warm and savoury cuisine. Get ready to share, because dishes tnd to come on injerra, a pancake/bread analog that you break off and use to scoop up the gravy laden yumminess. Delicious.
