We were struggling to find that until we came across Egglab in Fitzroy!!! Generous amounts of bacon, delicious crispy hash brown.. the potato head 2.0 is where it is at!!!!! Once we had it once, we got it every morning during our stay in Fitzroy, Melbourne. 11/10. Coffee is elite too. SUPER friendly staff! Get it, you won’t regret it.
