Mcdonald's - Fitchburg

Interesting experience. My order was taken quickly and I didn't have to wait very long in line. They weren't very busy, three cars including myself in drive thru, 3 cara total in the parking lot and there didn't appear to be any customers inside. Got to the first window to pay and the dude was too busy singing to tell me how much or ask me for my payment. I had to ask him if he was going to take my money or not. Then I sat and waited just over ten minutes for the lady in front of my to get her happy meal. Then I waited another 8 minutes to get my two big Macs. They were slow for no reason and no one else even acknowledged me until they were handing me my food and they still didn't even say a word to me, not even have a nice day. Customer service doesn't appear to exist anymore in certain places and I'd say this is one of them.

I've been to a lot of McDonald's. I live down the street from this particular one. It's unlike anything you've ever seen. You could go to a nice restaurant and have your steak dinner before this place can get you cold chicken nuggets. The staff is typically seemingly on drugs. I ordered a chicken sandwich... they put 3 nuggets on burnt bread... no other McDonald's could ever be as terrible as this one.

The trash cans were overflowing in the parking lot and the place was filthy. The staff just stared for probably 5 minutes before asking waiting customers are you all set? when no one had orders. It took 15 minutes to get an order of fries despite fries being already cooked.They did respond to people in the drive through or pickup though.

Eh, service is lacking and food isn't hot. But good for a quick soda

100% of the time your food order will be dub standard quality, my experience has included buns that were squished and torn like someone stepped on them, half the sandwich hanging out of the bun, or the cheese sticking half out of the sandwich. I ask for little ice every time and always get a cup full of ice, cold and stale fries, or overcooked and burnt patties. Nuggets are consistently cold and extremely dry. On top of that, about 80% of the time I've come here I have to pull up ahead and wait for the order. You'd think that means the food would be fresh right? I think, now that I'm taking the time to write this review and consider the quality that I will go to other fast food restaurants in the area or a different McDonald's. They just don't seem to care about the food quality at this location.
