The food and service are very good here, but actually dining is a miserable experience. Or first trip, we were seated alone in an empty room. The only person we saw was our server. It was boring and lonely. The second time, we came with two friends, and we were seated in a very small room that might have been either a nursery or pantry. It was a Saturday night and we were at a loss for where to eat in Madison. Last minute find and last minute reservation resulted in a great meal. Our server was so attentive and very accommodating. She even read the note I have on Open Table about my son’s fish allergy. I was very impressed. My family ordered the duck entree, short rib and white fish. All were very excellently prepared.
