We first went to the restaurant side, but only saw one other couple eat... read more A friend and I stopped by the Cowboy earlier this week in hopes of grabbing some dinner. We first went to the restaurant side, but only saw one other couple eating and no waitress. After a few minutes with no staff passing by, we walked over to the bar side no biggie. We weren’t sure if we should seat ourselves, so we patiently waited next to the bar and tried to catch a bartender’s attention. After several minutes of being blatantly ignored by the two women working, we finally gave up and left. There is absolutely no way the bartenders didn’t see or hear us. Instead of wasting our time and money at this unwelcoming establishment, we drove a few miles down the road and found Wild Flower Kitchen in Absarokee. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and the food was amazing! We were more than happy to give them our money and I know where to stop/not to stop next time I’m in the area.
